Relationship Executive

1.1. Number of Posts- One

1.2. Minimum Qualification- Graduate in any discipline

1.3. Minimum Experience- Minimum 3 Years of program execution experience

1.4. Salary- Rs. 37,950/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)

1.5. Job Description- The Relationship Executive will support the implementation of collaborative projects and programs with national and international institutions in the areas of democracy and election management. The role includes coordinating joint activities, assisting in documentation, and facilitating effective communication and logistics for IIIDEMs outreach and partnership efforts.

1.6. Responsibilities-

(i) Support Stakeholder Engagement

(ii) Coordination for Collaborative Activities

(iii) MoU and Documentation Support

(iv) Event Support and Outreach.

(v) Reporting and Communication

1.7. Skills & Competencies-

(i) Good interpersonal and communication skills.

(ii) Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

(iii) Basic understanding of institutional collaboration mechanisms.

(iv) Basic knowledge of office productivity tools and communication platforms.

(v) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under timelines.

1.8. Desirable-

(i) Prior experience in academic or institutional partnership coordination.

(ii) Familiarity with documentation and basic partnership processes

(iii) Exposure to governance, democratic institutions, or development sector work.

(iv) Ability to manage virtual meeting platforms and event-related logistics.
