
Inside Sales Executive

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce.
Responsibilities:
B2B Portal Management: o Handle B2B platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and other relevant portals.
Quotation Preparation: o Create detailed quotations in Excel as per customer requirements.
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting: o Book appointments through effective cold calling.
Sales Funnel Management: o Maintain and update the sales funnel to track potential leads and opportunities.
Database Mining: o Research and mine data from LinkedIn and other websites to identify prospects.
Sales Closure: o Handle the entire sales cycle from pitching the product to securing payment. 7. Marketing Support: o Prepare presentations, mailers, and advertisements to support sales campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management: o Address and fulfill previous customers requirements. o Manage customer complaints and connect them with the relevant department for resolution.
Skills:
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration skills.
• Technical knowledge of the company's products.
Key Attributes:
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. They should demonstrate a keen understanding of customer needs and an aptitude for closing sales effectively.
Company Timing:
• Monday to Saturday.(2nd and 4th Saturday off) 9:15am to 6:30pm
