Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead technical setup and configuration of client environments for Optum product deployments
- Collaborate with implementation, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely and accurate system provisioning
- Manage multiple client environments, ensuring high availability and performance
- Perform system administration tasks including OS configuration, patching, and user access management
- Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, SFTP connections, and secure data exchange protocols
- Support cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance in Azure and/or AWS environments
- Implement and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
- Handle networking components such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Cisco configurations
- Provide technical documentation and support during client onboarding and implementation phases
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards across all environments
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in technical support, system administration, or implementation roles
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting VPN, SFTP, and secure data transfer protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals including Cisco, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proven ability to manage multiple client environments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in VMware, Microsoft, AWS, or Azure
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise product implementation
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
