We are now looking for a
Tech Support Specialist
to join our team and ensure our clients experience seamless technology every single day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for Audio Visual (AV) and IT systems, including interactive panels, projectors, conferencing systems, and networks.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain AV/IT equipment across client sites.
  • Assist end-users (teachers, staff, corporate teams) in using AV/IT solutions confidently.
  • Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and suggest long-term fixes.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and customer feedback for internal tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT or AV technical support (freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply).
  • Solid understanding of IT networking, Windows OS, and basic AV systems.
  • Hands-on experience with interactive panels, projectors, and conferencing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Chennai as required.
