Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM - SME located in Noida. The CRM - SME will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies, analyzing customer data, planning sales activities, and supporting project management initiatives. Duties include collaborating with internal teams, sustaining positive client relationships, and leveraging CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
- Effective Communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Experience with Project Management for coordinating and delivering results
- Familiarity with industry trends and ability to implement innovative solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
