Job Description

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Need 6 + years experience in L3 SME to AWS Connect contact center are entrusted with a range of specialized responsibilities that ensure the platform's effectiveness and resilience.
- Proficiency in call flow design, IVR scripting, AWS cloud architecture & AWS Cloud Watch.
- Integration Amazon Connect with CRMs, WFM tools, and analytics platforms
- AWS Connect Wisdom Management (AI-ML)
- AWS Connect Wisdom: For providing agents with real-time knowledge search powered by machine learning.
- Amazon Kendra: For building an intelligent search capability using machine learning.
- Amazon SageMaker: For building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Contact workflow creation, User security & routing, profiles configuration, business rule builder, conversational bot integration (lex) with Amazon, connect workflow etc,
- Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Performance Review
- Managing all P1/P2 &P3 incidents during shift
- Closure of all tickets within SLA.
- Providing the RCA within SLA or Workaround / Solution
- Adherence- Monthly Capacity planning reports
- Pre & Post implementation review for all RFC's
- Experience required in Genesys Pure Glod system management, and Adminstation.
- Experience in Technologies : Native AWS tools, AWS Connect , Amazon Cloud Watch, Amazon Connect Wisdom.
