Role & responsibilities

Sales Performance:

Achieving or exceeding sales targets set for the area.

Monitoring sales trends and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Execution of Staff and Customer Promotions and EOL

Inventory Efficiency and Transfers

Store Operations Management:

Ensuring smooth and efficient operations of all stores within the designated area.

Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) across stores.

Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all stores.

Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.

Implementing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Leadership and Development:

Providing leadership and guidance to store managers and staff.

Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.

Identifying training needs and facilitating training programs for store teams.

Financial Management:

Managing operational budgets for the area, including expenses related to staffing, inventory, and facilities.

Store Financial Audit and Recovery

Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

Analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:

Ensuring that stores maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

Implementing seasonal and promotional displays to drive sales.

Conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Identifying opportunities for expansion or improvement within the area.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

Providing regular reports on key performance metrics, including sales performance, store operations, and customer feedback.

Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Developing action plans based on performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
