About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HR Trainee – Operations to support
our Human Resources team. This is a paid full-time training opportunity ideal for:
• Fresh graduates
• Students currently pursuing graduation (with flexibility to work full-time)
• Individuals looking to switch careers into the HR domain
Based on performance and organisational requirements, this role may be converted
into a permanent full-time position upon successful completion of training.Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and exit formalities
• Help manage attendance, leaves, and other time-tracking tools
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payroll inputs
• Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and compliance-related paperwork
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Respond to basic HR queries from employees under guidance

• Freshers with a keen interest in HR
• Students pursuing graduation (able to work full-time)
