Field Sales Executive

The role involves promoting and selling curtains, blinds, upholstery, and related home décor products directly to clients through field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to residential, commercial, and institutional clients for curtain and home décor sales.
- Present and demonstrate curtain fabrics, designs, and catalogues to customers.
- Provide measurement and consultation services to clients on-site.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable curtain solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the installation team for timely delivery and fitting of products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in curtains, blinds, furniture, or home décor industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to measure windows/doors and explain product suitability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
