And now, we're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us bring in the right clients and scale our business further.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at GettVisible, your role is to generate qualified leads, nurture client relationships, arrange consultation meetings, and close deals across multiple platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing GettVisible's expertise and helping them see why we're the right creative partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through bidding platforms (like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.), LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold email outreach.
  • Arrange and schedule client consultation meetings with GettVisible's co-founders.
  • Identify opportunities, pitch GettVisible's services, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Write compelling proposals, pitches, and follow-up emails that reflect our brand voice.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking in our CRM/Airtable system.
  • Collaborate with the strategy & creative teams to align client needs with our services.
  • Research and explore new platforms and methods to expand our lead pipeline.
  • Manage client communication with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with founders to hit growth targets and expand international reach.

Success Metrics

  • Generate 80–100 qualified leads per month (across platforms)
  • Book at least 15–20 consultation meetings per month with prospective clients for co-founders.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of 10–15% from qualified leads to paying clients.
  • Close at least 3–5 new client projects per month across GettVisible services.
  • Contribute to a minimum of ₹3–5 lakhs/month in new revenue through new client acquisition.
  • Maintain 100% timely follow-ups with all active leads.
  • Keep the CRM/Airtable pipeline updated with zero missing data.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency/IT sector.
  • Hands-on experience with bidding platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, or similar lead-gen tools.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English. (Please do not apply if you cannot write or speak professional English)
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and process-oriented.
  • Ability to understand a prospect's business needs and frame tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Airtable/Hubspot) is a plus.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
