
Business Development Executive

Objective: To secure a relationship manager position that allows for the growth of business through effective corporate and distributor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships
Develop strategic partnerships with corporate / banks / distributors and agents in the region to drive business growth.
Collaborate with finance/treasury heads and CEOs to develop business through consultative engagement.
Engage with branch managers, senior RMs, and regional heads to identify opportunities for growth.
Prospect, sell, and manage relationships with RMs/Sales people in banks in the region who are also into mutual funds.
Responsible for achieving sales targets and analyzing sales patterns in the market.
Conduct market industry analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
Generate increasing sales through targeted marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain a strong network of agents and distributors.
Identify, motivate, and select agents/distributors to support business growth.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Foster a culture of excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
