Job Role and Expectations

To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved.

Key Performance Indicators include:
- Achieving the sales numbers and business targets for Car loan/CV products and through cross-selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade client relationships.

- Retaining and expanding customers for retail loan products to ensure repeat business or referrals.

- Maximizing sales through a network of relationships to ensure strong business growth.

- Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.

- Ensuring files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaison with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.

- Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results and meet business targets and profitability.

- Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

- Leading and supervising the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

- Maintaining market awareness and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies.
