We are seeking a skilled architect to join our team in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. As an architect, you will be responsible for creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects is also a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
\
1. Create building designs and detailed drawings using CAD software and traditional drawing techniques
\
2. Liaise with construction professionals to ensure projects are feasible and meet client requirements
\
3. Work with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
\
4. Apply for planning permission and seek advice from governmental new build and legal departments as necessary
\
5. Write and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts as required
\
6. Specify project requirements and adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction
\
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field

* 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
\
* Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles

* Excellent communication and project management skills
