Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler to fill a key role in our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • BIM Project Leadership:
    • Oversee and manage BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and quality of BIM models derived from point clouds.
  • BIM Modeling Expertise:
    • Create detailed and accurate BIM models based on point cloud data, developing MEP models as required.
    • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Supervision:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of BIM modelers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, facilitating coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, conducting regular quality checks and audits on BIM models.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, staying updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and software.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Utilize BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, training team members on new tools and software as needed.
