F&B Associate: Resort

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering excellent food & beverage service to guests in resort restaurant / café / banquet areas and ensuring high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, assist with seating & ensure good table service.
- Take orders, serve food & beverages as per resort standards.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, cutlery & buffet arrangements.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar & service team for smooth order flow.
- Handle guest queries professionally & take feedback.
- Follow hygiene, grooming standards & resort SOPs.
- Support billing process & settlement at counter when required.
Profile Requirements:
- Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality preferred.
- 0–2 years experience in hotel / resort / restaurant service.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality & service-oriented attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
