Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering excellent food & beverage service to guests in resort restaurant / café / banquet areas and ensuring high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, assist with seating & ensure good table service.
  • Take orders, serve food & beverages as per resort standards.
  • Maintain table setup, cleanliness, cutlery & buffet arrangements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar & service team for smooth order flow.
  • Handle guest queries professionally & take feedback.
  • Follow hygiene, grooming standards & resort SOPs.
  • Support billing process & settlement at counter when required.

Profile Requirements:

  • Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality preferred.
  • 0–2 years experience in hotel / resort / restaurant service.
  • Good communication & customer service skills.
  • Pleasant personality & service-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
