Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for Food and Beverage Assistants, CDPs (Chef de Partie), Chefs, and F&B Associates. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, serving meals and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborating with team members to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The role involves working in a dynamic environment and following established standards to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Preparation, Food Service, and Food & Beverage to maintain high-quality standards and enhance the dining experience
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle customer needs professionally
  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles or culinary positions is a plus
  • A diploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous
