We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Controls Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage controls, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain effective food and beverage control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of food and beverage inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage controls, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
