Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

o Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and

brand positioning.

o Build campaign frameworks and content calendars for product launches,

topical events, and always-on engagement.

o Identify opportunities for new content formats (Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, Live

sessions, Influencers) to enhance reach and engagement.


Creative & Content

o Ideate and brief in innovative social-first campaigns, focusing on creativity

and brand storytelling.

o Ensure content quality across platforms, maintaining a consistent tone, voice,

and visual identity.

o Experiment with trending content ideas, memes, and culturally relevant

conversations.


Social Listening & Analytics

o Leverage social listening tools to track brand sentiment, competitor activity,

and emerging conversations.

o Define and monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth,

and share of voice.

o Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders for campaign

optimizations.


Collaboration & Team Management

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, media, product, PR) to

integrate social campaigns into the larger marketing mix.

o Mentor junior team members, guiding them on strategy, execution, and

industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience:
Minimum 8 years in social media marketing, preferably with exposure to

automobile, mobility, or tech brands.


Strategic Thinking:
Ability to conceptualize and execute social media strategies that

deliver measurable outcomes.


Platform Expertise:
Deep understanding of Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook,

YouTube, and emerging platforms.


Social Listening & Analytics:
Proficiency with the working of popular social

listening tools like Konnect Insights, Sprinklr and Meltwater or others


Creativity:
Strong knack for identifying trending ideas, pop culture moments, and

creative opportunities.


Industry Knowledge:
Awareness of key trends and shifts in the automobile and

mobility sector is a plus.


Leadership:
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management

skills.
