Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team on a remote, commission-based model. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and generating business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and converting potential leads into sales for our creative branding agency.

About Us:

We are RThree Creatives, a branding agency specializing in result-driven and unique identity designs. Our core services include logo design, package design, website design, print design, and social media creatives, with a primary focus on helping food manufacturers (FMCG), startups, and SMEs establish their brands.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and connect with potential clients & generate leads by understanding client pain points and proposing our creative branding solutions.

  2. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to build trust and close deals.

  3. Achieve sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.

  4. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met and delivered effectively.

Requirements:

  1. A strong network or ability to build relationships in industries such as FMCG, startups, or SMEs is preferred.

  2. Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.

  3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  4. Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve results.

  5. Ability to work independently and remotely.

  6. Access to a computer, internet, and communication tools.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, where you'll earn a percentage of the sales value for each successful deal you close. The earning potential is directly tied to your performance, providing limitless opportunities for growth.
