Quality Head - Process Transformation | Lean Six Sigma | US Healthcare/Insurance

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead and implement strategic Quality Assurance initiatives for a global insurance and healthcare services provider. This role will focus on building a culture of quality, process improvement, and operational transformation using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies while managing a large and diverse team.

Responsibilities
  • Build a strong culture of Quality, define QA strategies, and ensure adherence to global quality standards.
  • Identify high-impact areas for improvement and provide strategic direction and thought leadership.
  • Drive Quality DNA through training, certification, and productivity-enhancing initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data to present key trends and metrics in executive dashboards.
  • Enable structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making across programs.
  • Deploy effective process implementation mechanisms and benchmark periodically.
  • Utilize analytics to identify inefficiencies and prioritize risk-mitigation projects.
  • Track daily/weekly operational anomalies and offer actionable insights to leadership.
  • Assess initiative effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate preferred.
  • Lean Certified and Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.
  • 15 years of total experience; minimum 68 years in US Healthcare, Insurance, F&A, or Casualty & Liability.
  • Hands-on experience managing 80100 member teams.
  • Exposure to process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and transformation programs.
