SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong experience in the Retail Banking – Cards Domain, ideally with exposure to VisionPlus and/or P1C platforms. The role involves leading quality assurance efforts across the software development lifecycle, ensuring robust testing strategies, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, integration, and UAT testing, and be comfortable working in Agile and cross-functional environments.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for card systems.

§ Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

§ Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

§ Validate system functionality and data integrity across VisionPlus and/or P1C platforms.

§ Identify, document, and track defects; work with teams to ensure timely resolution.

§ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

§ Lead QA activities across multiple projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

§ Support production verification and post-implementation reviews.

§ Use SQL for data validation and test support.

§ Provide QA sign-off and ensure readiness for release.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

§ 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.

§ Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

§ Hands-on experience with VisionPlus and/or P1C card processing platforms.

§ Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and defect management.

§ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

§ Solid SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

§ Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.

§ Experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services domain preferred.
