Overview

We are hiring a Junior Recruitment & Partnership Coordinator to support the recruitment of company Directors (nominee directors). This role is focused on research, outreach, and coordination with potential candidates. It is suitable for someone with good communication and organizational skills who wants to grow in recruitment and partnership work.

Role & responsibilities

  • Research and prepare a list of potential candidates for director roles.
  • Contact candidates by phone, email, or networking platforms and arrange meetings.
  • Collect candidate profiles and do basic background checks.
  • Assist with documents and agreements for director onboarding.
  • Coordinate between candidates, management, and legal teams.
  • Keep a database of potential candidates and update progress regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma (Business, HR, or related field preferred).
  • 0-2 years of work experience (fresh graduates can apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Coimbatore and Madurai locations are considered an added advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up effectively.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with guidance.
