Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at MINDTEL GLOBAL, located in New Delhi. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additional tasks include conducting reference checks, preparing recruitment reports, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. The Junior Recruiter will also assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

Qualifications

  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
  • Experience in conducting reference checks and preparing recruitment reports
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand job requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a recruitment role is a plus
