About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.Basic Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit.- Conduct video screening interviews to assess both personality and technical fit.- Be responsible for independently handling at least one position from end to end.- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.- Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented.- Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.Job Requirements:- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must.- Graduate in MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any other relevant field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- Previous internship experience in a related field preferred.- Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills.- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.- Experience required : 6 Months to 2 Years
