Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at Jamia, MINDTEL GLOBAL, located in New Delhi. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks will include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Junior Recruiter will also assist in maintaining candidate databases and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct interviews and interact with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain candidate databases and coordinate interview processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
