Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, assisting with inquiries, and conducting market research. The role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to offer appropriate real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the initial sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective buyers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable real estate projects (residential/commercial).
- Provide detailed project information including pricing, floor plans, amenities, location benefits, and payment plans.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with lead details and status.
- Follow up with leads at all stages to enhance conversion rates.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and project launches.
- Prepare and share project brochures, cost sheets, and other pre-sales documents.
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree ( Any Stream (Graduate or Undergraduate)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales (freshers can also apply depending on company needs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of real estate terminology and customer behavior.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide clear solutions.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
