Executive - Resource Executive (Tendering Team)

On Roll TUV SUD: Temporary base

Key Responsibilities

  • CV formatting, understanding tender manpower requirements, Maintain and update the CV/resume database,
  • resource database management, and coordination for project staffing.
  • Format, edit, and customize CVs to client-specific templates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and recruitment partners for candidate details
  • Collect and verify documents, certifications, and experience proofs
  • Prepare skill matrices and experience summaries
  • Ensure all CVs meet compliance and tender guidelines
  • Track CV status and ensure timely submission for bids
  • Communicate with candidates for confirmation and availability.

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

  • Experience in CV formatting for Infrastructure Sector.

Education

Candidate should be any Graduate or any related field.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
