Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
  • Communicate with candidates and update them on their status
  • Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Help conduct orientation sessions for new joiners

2. Training & Development

  • Assist in organizing training sessions (internal and external)
  • Prepare and update training calendars and attendance records
  • Support in creating training feedback forms and compiling reports
  • Coordinate with trainers and employees for learning sessions
  • Maintain employee learning & development database

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events
  • Support in preparing internal communications, newsletters, and celebration plans
  • Help gather employee feedback and suggestions

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Assist with HRIS data entry and updates
  • Help prepare HR reports, such as leave summaries and attrition data

5. Policy and Compliance Support

  • Assist in drafting or updating HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure adherence to documentation and filing protocols

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Eager to learn and work collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
