Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development, employee engagement, and administrative operations. This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to HR processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Communicate with candidates and update them on their status
- Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Help conduct orientation sessions for new joiners
2. Training & Development
- Assist in organizing training sessions (internal and external)
- Prepare and update training calendars and attendance records
- Support in creating training feedback forms and compiling reports
- Coordinate with trainers and employees for learning sessions
- Maintain employee learning & development database
3. Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events
- Support in preparing internal communications, newsletters, and celebration plans
- Help gather employee feedback and suggestions
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with HRIS data entry and updates
- Help prepare HR reports, such as leave summaries and attrition data
5. Policy and Compliance Support
- Assist in drafting or updating HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure adherence to documentation and filing protocols
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Eager to learn and work collaboratively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
