Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who can support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess strong communication abilities, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle the CEO's personal and professional emails.
  • Draft, review, and send emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Schedule and organize daily activities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain records, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost responsibility.
  • Provide overall administrative and executive support as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in any discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
  • Work From Office – full-time role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
