Position Summary

As a
Senior Lead Generation Specialist
, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the
U.S. healthcare market
. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the marketing team to convert opportunities into clients.

This position is
based in Chennai, India
, and requires someone who is passionate about healthcare technology, confident in client communication, and eager to learn and grow in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    Build and manage a targeted lead database using various online tools and platforms.
  • Market Research:
    Identify potential customers in the U.S. healthcare market, with a focus on:
  • Healthcare Data Interoperability
  • Healthcare Data Engineering
  • Data Ingestion
  • FHIR-related Solutions
  • Outreach:
    Initiate communication with prospective clients through email, phone, and social media to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaboration with Marketing:
    Partner with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing campaigns and outreach strategies for better engagement.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
  • Market Insights:
    Share insights with the sales and management teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Prior experience (minimum 1yr) in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role—preferably within the
    health-tech domain
    .
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare market and related technologies such as:
  • Healthcare Data Interoperability
  • Healthcare Data Engineering
  • Data Ingestion
  • FHIR-related Solutions
  • Tool Proficiency:
    Skilled in using lead generation and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with international clients.
  • Collaboration:
    Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
