Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-starting Sales Lead Generation Specialist to prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will proactively schedule calls with potential clients via phone and email, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will also work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue goals.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of inside/telephone sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Ability to work individually and in a team with strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent client service skills and proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint). Experience with any CRM Software will be preferred.
