Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Mice Sales / Operations professional. The role involves planning and organizing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events for clients, developing and managing client relationships, and creating customized travel packages for corporate groups. The professional will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel management, including accommodation, transportation, event coordination, and local experiences. The role also includes training new team members, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales, Sales Management, and Training experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
