Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager at Bion Advisors. The Senior Manager will oversee a variety of financial functions including financial planning and analysis, taxation, regulatory compliance, and strategic finance. The role involves advising tech founders and CEOs on financial strategy, managing finance controllership, and ensuring operational efficiency within the finance department. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and coordinating with other departments to support the overall financial health of clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Advisory Services
  • Proficiency in Accounting, Book-keeping, and Payroll & HR services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in working with technology startups is a plus
  • Charetered Accountant, Semi-Qualififed, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
