We simplify the rental accommodation process so our members can focus on their passions. Our co-living spaces offer fully-furnished rooms, 24/7 power backups, high-speed internet, nominal deposit, and all-inclusive rent. We cultivate a close-knit community through curated events like movie nights, barbecue nights, and yoga sessions. Our mission is to create a framework for people to live their best lives while enjoying the benefits of communal living.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of the co-living or real estate market is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
