Role Description

USAFact, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time RFP Writer on-site in our new office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The RFP Writer will be responsible for analyzing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients. This role involves preparing detailed proposal documents, creating persuasive written content, and ensuring all submissions meet timelines and compliance standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to gather information, proofreading proposals for accuracy, and tailoring content to align with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills for creating polished and cohesive proposals.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and craft content addressing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Experience in project management, content organization, and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively across departments and gather necessary inputs.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in proposal content and compliance with submission requirements.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in RFP writing or a similar role in a professional setting is an advantage.
  • Full Time onsite in our new Bengaluru, Karnataka location. This will require working some or all USA Time zone.
