Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – RFP Specialist will lead the enterprise proposal and RFP processes for the North American healthcare analytics market. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver persuasive, compliant, and high-quality proposals that drive business growth and establish a strong RFP framework within the organization.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Drive)First 90 Days
- Audit and document the existing RFP and proposal submission process.
- Develop templates and standardized documentation for consistent submissions.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams for timely, accurate inputs.
- Deliver 3+ high-quality RFP submissions aligned to client needs.
- Improve turnaround time and win rate for enterprise healthcare bids.
- Create impactful, domain-aligned proposal content.
- Train sales and pre-sales teams on RFP SOPs.
Success Metrics / KPIs
- RFP win rate (%)
- Proposal turnaround time (SLA adherence)
- Quality and completeness of proposals
- Cross-functional collaboration feedback
- Development of centralized RFP repository and tracking dashboard
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–8 years managing enterprise RFPs/proposals in SaaS, analytics, or healthcare tech.
Must-Have Skills:
- End-to-end RFP management and coordination.
- Excellent communication and technical writing.
- Strong collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Exposure to US healthcare systems (providers/payers) or regulated industries.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics, data management, or SaaS platforms.
Tools:
- Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), RFP automation tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Communications; MBA preferred.
Language: Fluent in English.
Other Requirements:
- Onsite (Hyderabad) with flexibility for US EST time zone overlap.
