We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can lead our business growth initiatives, generate quality leads, and close deals in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in website development, mobile apps, SEO, digital marketing, and custom application development.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions aligned with SeeKNEO's service offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope projects and timelines.
  • Manage pre-sales activities including client calls, requirement gathering, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report performance to senior management.
  • Develop partnerships and explore new markets or verticals.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales in IT services or a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions like websites, mobile apps, SEO, and paid marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and basic proposal writing.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar BDM role in IT or digital services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong network in startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients is a plus.
