We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can lead our business growth initiatives, generate quality leads, and close deals in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in website development, mobile apps, SEO, digital marketing, and custom application development.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions aligned with SeeKNEO's service offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope projects and timelines.
- Manage pre-sales activities including client calls, requirement gathering, and RFP responses.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report performance to senior management.
- Develop partnerships and explore new markets or verticals.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in business development or sales in IT services or a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions like websites, mobile apps, SEO, and paid marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and basic proposal writing.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar BDM role in IT or digital services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong network in startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients is a plus.
