Your Role

The Executive - Chef will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, overseeing food production at the villa level, and providing training to kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals, maintaining consistency in quality.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
