Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales. The role involves managing qualified leads, driving closures, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth documentation and payment follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project updates, customer support, and handovers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added Advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and client requirements.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
