About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the furniture and interior designing industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our range of premium furniture and design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and provide customized furniture & design solutions.
- Present product catalogues, material samples, and design concepts to clients.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and direct customers.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and trade shows to represent the company and generate business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
Requirements & Skills :
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or real estate industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of furniture products, materials, and interior design concepts.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
