Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate hospitals to maximize business potential.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions based on client needs.

Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear growth objectives and measurable outcomes for each account.

Drive product inclusions by collaborating with the Prescription (Rx) team, handling intent follow-ups, conducting multi-level negotiations, and ensuring successful rate discussions.

Achieve the sales targets for the assigned territory while ensuring profitability and business hygiene across all accounts.

Penetrate deeper into each account by understanding their structure, procurement process, and potential business opportunities.

Lead customer engagement initiatives, awareness programs, and value-adding activities at each account level in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with internal departments including Trade, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and uninterrupted product supply[GA1] .

Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential leads in new accounts.

Collect and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and institutional dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Organize and lead collaboration meetings (both online and offline) with cross-functional sales teams to strengthen the product portfolio and drive growth initiatives.

Plan and execute joint fieldwork with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact at the account level.
