Desired Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountants with 4 to 6 years of work experience in accounting.

Part qualified or Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce or MBA in Finance having good accounting

knowledge and 8 to 10 years of work experience in accounting. Expert knowledge of an accounting

software and MS Office is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

Roles & responsibilities:

Handling all the roles and responsibilities of a team leader (as and when required). Overall

responsibility for management of deliverables, client expectations, mentoring and development of

team, cross trainings, attrition management, participation in award meetings, identification of new

business opportunities for the existing clients, ensuring optimum utilisation of team, handling client

escalation, team appraisals, enforcing discipline, ensuring adherence to the laid down policies and

procedures and meeting SLAs.

Principal Accountabilities:

 All the responsibilities of a team lead.

 Overall responsibility for team's performance, seamless delivery to client and meeting their

expectations

 Responsible for arranging required access rights for new employees and revocation of available

access rights for separated employees

 Responsible for timely provision of details within KSA and to client

 Responsible for live updating of the work schedule correctly on the client shared drive

 Responsible for live updating of SLA file correctly

 Responsible for review of teams daily timesheets for the compliance with the procedures,

reasonableness of chargeable time w.r.t. job requirements and taking corrective action as required.

 Responsible for timely and accurate filling of all the required checklists

 Responsible for identification of training needs of the team and arranging trainings

 Responsible for overall development of the existing and new team members

 Responsible for optimum utilisation of team and conflict management

 Responsible for controlling attrition

 Team hiring and appraisals

 Participation in award committee discussions

 Personal goals aligned to organisation goals

Reporting Structure:

Level reporting to : Manager/Sr Manager/AVP

Level reporting in : Associate/Sr. Associate/Team Lead
