ByteForza Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in X++, integrations, extensions, and system customizations. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and international clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions for enterprise D365 F&O implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and enhance D365 F&O using X++, Extensions, SSRS, and standard development patterns.
  • Work on integrations using OData, REST APIs, DMF, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other Azure components.
  • Modify or create SSRS reports, forms, tables, classes, and workflows based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to convert requirements into technical designs.
  • Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
  • Perform debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews to ensure best coding practices.
  • Support data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Participate in builds, deployments, and environment management via Azure DevOps.
  • Adhere to ByteForza's development standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical support for enhancements, integrations, and post-go-live issues.

Required Skills & Experience

2–6 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant / Developer

Strong expertise in:

  • X++ development
  • D365 F&O extensions
  • Data Management Framework (DMF)
  • SSRS report development

Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects

Experience with Azure DevOps, branching, pipelines, and deployments

Good understanding of D365 F&O framework, architecture, and functional concepts

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with clients & internal teams

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Knowledge of D365 integrations with external systems
  • Understanding of LCS environment management
  • Exposure to Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, or Supply Chain modules
  • Microsoft Certification: MB-300, MB-500

Job Type: Full-time
