  • Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements and upgrades.

  • Support and mentor junior team members in enhancing their technical skills.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 2012 projects.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 2012.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
