Job Purpose
The SAP S/4 Integration SME is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes. The Integration SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA /Non SAP with various internal and external systems.

Job Responsibilities
Integration Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for SAP S/4 HANA, aligning with business objectives and IT architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define integration goals.

System Design And Architecture

• Design end-to-end integration solutions that cover SAP S/4 HANA modules and external systems.
• Create integration architecture blueprints and documentation.
• Provide integration solutions for implementation of RPA/BOTS with SAP S/4

Technical Implementation

• Plan & execute the technical implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Configure and customize SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP IS/CPI architecture and other relevant middleware tools.

Collaboration And Communication

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate integration design decisions.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.

Testing And Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute integration test plans to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.

Monitoring And Optimization

• Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address integration issues.
• Continuously optimize integration processes for improved performance and efficiency.

Documentation And Training

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training to end-users and support teams on integration-related processes.
• Prepare integration playbooks for cross and future reference including API strategy.

Skills And Competencies

• Appx 12 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration SME or similar role and at-least for 2 SAP S/4 implementation
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a cross-functional global teams (in-house and SI partners/vendors) for on-time, on-budget completion of the projects.
• SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.

Key Qualification & Experiences

• Appx 12 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Lead or similar role and at-least for 2 SAP S/4 implementation leading as an Integration SME/Lead
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a cross-functional global teams (in-house and SI partners/vendors) for on-time, on-budget completion of the projects.
• SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.
• Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a stand-alone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities.
• Must be technical to understand back-end database and complexity with ERP integration.
• Expert level experience with business process design and refinement
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.
• Experience within ERP systems such as SAP as well as surround applications
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
