S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (onsite/remote) role for an S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer, based in Puducherry, India. In this role, the developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing front-end and back-end components of S/4 HANA-based applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, integrating third-party tools, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality. Attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean and efficient code are essential for success in this position.QualificationsExpertise in Back-End Web Development, including the ability to design and implement server-side systems and architectureProficiency in Front-End Development with skills in technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building user interfacesExperience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end integrationProblem-solving attitude and the ability to bring innovative solutions to complex technical challengesFamiliarity with S/4 HANA development tools and methodologies, or willingness to undergo training in this specialized domainStrong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldKey Tasks and Activities:Transform traditional ABAP programs in legacy SAP system into S/4 HANA architecture.Design, Develop and test ABAP Programs in S/4 HANA according to latest standards (AMDP, CDS, etc).Design, Develop and maintain SAP UI5 / Fiori applications consistent with the UI framework of the company.Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios)Work with the IT solution leaders to develop wire-frame models and UI prototypesCompile Technical Specification document for all the developments.End to end testing of all applicationsKey Skills/Knowledge Required:Hands on technical developerAble to demonstrate recent projects deliveredAbility to translate business requirements into documentation and codeMinimum 3-5 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex landscapeMinimum 2-3 years of hands-on development experience in S/4 HANA (ODATA, AMDP, CDS, BRF+, HANA Proxy objects,BTP)Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Fiori/UI5 development experience (WebIDE, BTP, VS)Strong debugging skills on Fiori/UI5Strong oral/written communication skills.Special Features/Any Other Information:Experience in Low Code Development (OutSystems), Automation, Orchestration (Workato), AI and Big Data (Google). Presentation skills, engagement with business stakeholders and executives to explain complex issues in simple form.
