**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on SAP ABAP (core programming) and ABAP on S/4 HANA.
- Teach advanced topics, including CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, Fiori Integration, and performance optimization.
- Design practical and hands-on sessions to ensure learners gain real-world expertise.
- **Content Development**:

- Develop and update course materials, training modules, and project assignments tailored to SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA environments.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and use cases to provide practical insights.
- **Learner Engagement**:

- Assess learners’ understanding and adapt teaching strategies to meet their needs.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support for learners when necessary.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Offer constructive feedback to help learners improve their programming and problem-solving skills.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of the latest updates, tools, and enhancements in SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA.
- Continuously refine training content to reflect current industry standards and practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and S/4 HANA technologies.
- Proficiency in CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Fiori Integration, ALV Reports, IDOCs, Enhancements, BAPI, BADI, and User Exits.
- **Training Experience**:

- Prior experience as a Trainer or Instructor in SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP Certification in ABAP and S/4 HANA development.
- Experience with corporate or institutional training.

**Work Environment**:

- Flexibility to deliver both classroom-based and virtual training sessions.
- Availability to travel for corporate training sessions if required.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
