Job Title: SAP Success Factors Subject Matter Expert (SME)Experience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: ContractLocation: RemoteOverviewWe are hiring an experienced SAP Success Factors Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a 6-month full-time contract. The SME will serve as the primary functional expert for Success Factors, leading design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of key HR modules. This role requires strong HR process understanding, hands-on system expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth business alignment and system efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Success Factors modules.Act as the functional advisor for all Success Factors-related requirements.Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications.Manage full-cycle implementation activities—testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.Work with HR, IT, and vendors for integrations and troubleshooting.Ensure standardized processes aligned with global HR and compliance guidelines.Recommend and implement enhancements and new features.Stay updated on new releases and best practices.Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.Requirements5+ years hands-on SAP Success Factors experience.Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects.Strong expertise in key modules:Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Succession & Development.SAP Success Factors certification(s) preferred.Strong HR process and HR data model knowledge.Experience with integrations (SAP HCM, S/4 HANA, or third-party systems).Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage.Excellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments.Technical SkillsSAP Success Factors, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goal Management, LMS, Compensation, Succession Planning, SAP HCM, S/4 HANA Integration, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, HR Data Models, Functional Design, HRIS, Agile, Change Management, Documentation, Troubleshooting.
