ob Title: Executive - Operations (F&V & Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the availability of assigned categories, including Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) and other retail products.
  • Maintain high ownership in ensuring stock availability and achieving set targets.
  • Generate Purchase Orders (POs) on a weekly basis to assigned vendors.
  • Ensure timely inwarding of shipments and work on reducing lead times wherever possible.
  • Manage inventory levels at both Warehouse (WH) and Point of Delivery (POD).
  • Vendor management, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Data creation and maintenance related to inventory, orders, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate with knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, and Retail.
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, or Procurement, preferably with Fruits & Vegetables.
  • Hands-on experience in operations, inwarding, vendor management, and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and good negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain is preferred but not mandatory.
